We’re Jackson & Virginia, founders of Rise & Beast, and our story begins where many do — at rock bottom.

For most of our adult lives, we struggled with our weight, our confidence, and our health. We spent years living in bodies that didn’t feel like our own, constantly starting over, setting goals we didn’t keep, and breaking promises to ourselves. We knew we wanted more — more energy, more confidence, more life — but we didn’t yet know how to create it.

Then something shifted.

We decided that enough was enough. We stopped chasing quick fixes and started building a lifestyle rooted in consistency, balance, and mindset. Through weight training, nutrition, and deep personal growth, we transformed our bodies and our lives — losing over 150 pounds together and gaining something even greater: a life we love living.

What started as a personal journey of change turned into a mission. We realized that transformation isn’t just about losing weight — it’s about rebuilding your relationship with yourself. It’s about learning discipline, showing up even when it’s hard, and creating habits that actually last.

Now, we help others do the same.
Through our lifestyle and transformation coaching, we teach sustainable fitness, balanced nutrition, and mindset mastery — so you can rise above old patterns and become the best version of yourself.
